If you suffer from extensive dental trouble that causes pain, discomfort, embarrassment, and routine trips to the dentist, then our full mouth restoration treatment could be the ideal, long-term solution for you.
The advanced technology involved in this procedure allows our dentist to extract damaged teeth, place implants, and give you a functional set of replacement teeth that you will wear while your implants heal – all in one visit! Even if you believe you may not be a candidate due to bone loss, our advanced techniques allow us to perform this procedure on most patients. When under the care of the father-daughter team of Dr. Leo Malin and Dr. Rachel Malin, you can be confident in your results.
New Teeth in One Day: A revolution in effective dentistry
After your initial diagnosis and preparation, Dr. Malin will perform the entire procedure on the same day. The process includes any needed extractions, placing all your implants, and providing you with a functional set of replacement teeth that you will wear while your implants heal. Your final new teeth will be fixed-in and stable, feel and function like your real teeth, and have an aesthetic, natural look.
New teeth without the need for bone grafting
This unique implant placement eliminates the need for bone grafting in most cases, even for patients who have experienced severe bone loss and were not eligible for implant-supported teeth in the past. Our advanced system has made getting implant-supported fixed-in teeth faster, more efficient, and far more affordable.
State-of-the-art implant dentistry
Dr. Malin has been placing implants since 1993 and is a nationally recognized expert in all aspects of dental implant treatment. He is an instructor in implant-related subjects and has pioneered several technological advancements that have led to four U.S. patents.

He is the director of the implant training program at the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. He is also the senior director of a “hands-on” implant surgical training institute in the Dominican Republic.
Dr. Malin will ensure that your treatment steps are executed to the highest standards for the best possible results. No matter how complex your case, Dr. Malin can provide you with strong and stable implant-supported replacement teeth that will give you excellent chewing power and a beautiful smile.
Our New Teeth in One Day procedure
Restoring a full set of teeth requires great precision in diagnostics, planning, and procedure. Dr. Malin will meticulously execute every phase of your treatment to ensure stable, beautiful, and long-lasting results.
Dr. Malin starts with a comprehensive oral exam, which includes a full set of digital X-rays. He will also use our state-of-the-art cone beam 3D CT scanner to obtain highly detailed 3D 360-degree views of your teeth, jaw, and surrounding structures.
From these images, he can determine precisely where the implants should be placed, eliminating the need for invasive exploratory surgery.
Bite measurement and analysis
We will analyze your jaw function, bite alignment, and muscle tension using an advanced set of computer-connected measuring devices known as the BioPak. This analysis accurately locates any jaw or bite misalignments and any related muscle pain. The diagnostic information obtained from the BioPak is used to plan your treatment to result in an optimally aligned bite. This aspect of your procedure will prevent muscle pain and ensure that your new implant-supported replacement teeth will fit comfortably.
Precise computer-guided planning
Dr. Malin uses special 3D implant planning software to precisely map out the exact position, depth, and angle of insertion of each implant before your surgery. If you need bone grafting, he will carefully map out the exact target areas and perform it as part of your procedure.
Dr. Malin will use your 3D images and his implant planning software to create a surgical guide to assist him in the placement of your implants. A surgical guide is a template that fits over your dental arch and shows precisely where and at what angle your implants should be placed. He will use the guide to make your surgery procedure precise, efficient, and minimally invasive.
Top-quality zirconia replacement teeth
Your permanent new teeth are manufactured from zirconia, an extremely strong and lifelike ceramic that is highly resistant to chipping, cracking, or breaking. Depending on your needs, your new set of teeth with or without an artificial zirconia gum line. Your replacement teeth will be as close to the size and shape of natural teeth as possible, which means they are never bulky and will feel comfortable in your mouth.
New teeth the same day
On the day of your procedure, Dr. Malin will extract any remaining teeth, place all your implants for both arches, and place a well-fitting, attractive, and functional set of temporary teeth to wear while your implants heal.
Follow-up and final placement
You will be provided with detailed instructions on the foods you can eat during the healing process and how to care for your oral health while your implants heal. He will see you for a follow-up visit after a few weeks to monitor your healing progress and make any adjustments to your home oral care routine as needed.
Your final, new teeth
When your implants have healed, Dr. Malin will permanently attach your custom set of new teeth. Your new teeth will look natural and aesthetic, feel very comfortable, and have nearly the strength and functionality of natural teeth. Eating the foods you want is comfortable, and you will be able to smile and speak with renewed confidence!
